Phase 2 Site Assessment
Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments are a continuation of the Phase 1 Study where sampling and laboratory analyses of potentially contaminated areas or migration paths are conducted. Lab results are then compared to applicable guidelines and conclusions drawn whether or not a Phase 3 (remediation or clean up) of contaminated areas is necessary. In cases where a Phase 3 recommendation is made, remediation options are included in the Phase 2 Report.
Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments are conducted by qualified and experienced personnel, with approved calibrated equipment, using contractors with proper safety policies and analyses conducted by accredited licensed chemical labs.
