Phase 3 Remediation
Phase 3 Environmental Site Assessments are a continuation of the Phase 2 Study where the remediation plans are completed for sites that are proven to contain contaminants above applicable guidelines for the intended land usages.
A final clean up report is issued giving details of the remediation and accounting for any hazardous materials encountered. In cases where natural attenuation of residual contaminants is recommended, a monitoring plan will also be included in the report.
