Residential Foundations
Typical residential foundations are comprised of shallow footings. G Tech personnel are experienced to handle any foundational soil condition that may arise. In addition to soil bearing capacity recommendations, all of our inspections include other assessments such as soil suitability, groundwater and cold weather considerations. We go further than our competition. G Tech conducts extra corroborative tests to determine natural density and moisture conditions on every available site at no additional cost.
Recommendations can be made right on site during the site visit enabling construction to continue without delay. Commercial Foundations
Commercial buildings usually involve shallow footing foundations or deep pile foundations. Shallow footing foundation inspections for commercial foundations are similar to residential inspections except additional tests are conducted due to size. Pile installation inspections are also offered. Information and recommendations are provided on site during the inspection to avoid costly construction delays.
